In addition our team can help you develop satellite facilities for your laboratory in markets you are looking to enter at a later date for an additional fee. Pre-Accrediation

Our pre-accrediation phase is focuses on the laboratory site & layout, position hiring, laboratory and office equipment installation, and business and marketing accounts and setup. This crucial phase brings in the physical assets that will be needed to get your lab running as well as implementation of Quality Systems and Standard Operating Procedures. This is to prepare the laboratory for the requirements of keeping compliant with the state regulators and accrediation bodies.

Post-Accrediation

Once accreditation has been obtained, TCL provides a QA capacity to provide feedback for laboratory compliance, and what corrective actions may be required. This phase is implemented, in part, by performing quartly audits. The reports generated from these audits detail issues with CAR's and PAR's (Corrective Action Reviews and Preventative Action Reviews). We also provide 6 months advisory services to the Board of the new laboratory.
